At LeadMark Contracting LLC, building homes and dreams isn’t just our business—it’s our passion, and it’s been that way since the very beginning.

Our story starts when I was just 9 years old and my brother was 11. Together, we started Precision Lawn and Landscape, turning our passion for working with our hands and love for the outdoors into a small business that quickly gained traction in our community. What began with mowing lawns and planting flowerbeds grew into something much more.

A few years later, I took that same drive and spirit of entrepreneurship and launched this residential construction company. What started as a vision to build more than landscapes evolved into full-scale residential construction—from remodeling kitchens and adding rooms, to building stunning outdoor spaces that blend comfort and craftsmanship.
